Abstract
The main objective of this article is to describe and analyze the invention of food gratuity, by national, provincial and municipal states, during the first 6 months of the COVID-19 pandemic, as an evocation of previous crises. In short, I intend with this paper to promote the description of the foundations of the economies of gratuity, aneconomies and anti-economies by which this and other crises are normalized through the distribution of free food.
